Kyoto lacqueware has over 1,200 years of history.
It was developed in the city of Kyoto a long time ago.
Lacquerware Asobe has a variety of worthy products selected by the watchful eye of the craftsmen and users in Kyoto.

There is a fine selection of lacquerware in the shop.

This is especially recommended. The inside structure is made of stainless steel and the outside is painted with lacquer. Excellent thermal insulation doesn't make condensation even with ice inside.

This is also a stainless steel tumbler. Lacquer pattern is stylish, isn't it?

This one is unique. It is covered with a gold Maiko (apprentice geisha) painting.

Kyoto lacquerware is traditional Japanese art. Lacquerware has excellent antibacterialproperties and excellent durability. You may want to get it as a souvenir or just for yourself.
