DATE:2017/03/06
How do you pray and wish?
The general way is to close your eyes, put your hands together and pray, for example to God or shooting stars.
There is a temple where you can pray in Yawata city.
This time, we introduce the Tandenan Temple.
Tandenan Temple was originally a messy temple but the temple was rebuilt by a local monk because people asked him to save them from disaster.
You can experience a particular way to pray in Daikoku Hall where Daikoku Gad.
The particular way is to scribble directly on the wall of the temple.
It seems very rude to Gaod if you think about it but it is permitted since people think it makes easier for God to see their wishes.
There are still some rules how to do the graffiti.
You can only graffiti the white wall of the temple.
It is nice to think of others who will write their wishes in the future, as Daikoku God will notice them too, even if it does feel strange to write on the wall of a temple.
